Location: Delhi, IN- Company: GMR Airports Limited**JOB PURPOSE**:
Primary role of the incumbent will be identification, measurement and mitigation of risk. It is an RBI guidelines for all NBFC with asset size of more than INR 50 Billion to appoint a CRO who is required to function independently so as to ensure highest standards of risk management in the organization

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Risk Management Responsibilities
- Prepare a Credit Risk Management Framework categorizing the risks, develop analytical procedures and mitigation techniques
- Identify, monitor, and evaluate Company's credit risk, IT risk followed by recommending strategies and procedures to mitigate these risks
- Maintain and Enhance Risk Management Standards to improve financial risk position of the organization
- Streamline the financial risk management procedures as per the RBI/Govt guidelines on timely basis
- Recommend appropriate Management Trigger Actions for respective risk types, in alignment with the Company’s credit risk appetite.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of other relevant risks, related legislation affecting the organization
- Build Cyber Risk Resilience.
- Determine the company s risk appetite, quantify the amount of risk the company should take on.
- Build Risk technology to predict risk outcomes
- Review, Compliance reporting Responsibilities
Responsible for institutional credit risk oversight, including establishment and monitoring adherence to risk policies and guidelines
- Review the credit policies, investment policies of the company and advise in deciding credit proposals /investment proposals of high value
- Review the IT Policies
- Ensure that credit risk/ investment risk treatment mechanisms are effective
- Review of different transactions with respect to risk exposure and mitigation plan
- Integrate risk management priorities into company s overall strategic planning.

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS**:
The CRO shall be a senior official in the hierarchy of an NBFC and shall possess adequate professional qualification or experience in the area of risk management.

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:
Job profile requires Minimum of 15 years of experience with exposure to risk mitigation
