**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification and Management**: Identify suitable tender opportunities, analyze requirements, and assess their feasibility.
- **Documentation and Proposal Preparation**: Develop and submit comprehensive tender documents that meet client specifications and compliance standards.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, finance, and technical experts to gather information and align on proposal content.
- **Pricing and Cost Analysis**: Collaborate on pricing strategies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and competitive advantage.
- **Client and Supplier Communication**: Serve as the primary contact for clients during the tendering process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary clarifications.
- **Risk Assessment and Compliance**: Identify potential risks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and support risk mitigation efforts.
- **Market Analysis**: Research industry trends, track competitor activities, and stay informed about new tender opportunities.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all tenders and prepare regular reports on tender submissions and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tender sales.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
