**Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide information about products, answer questions, and offer recommendations.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's product offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

**Sales and Upselling**: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences. Recommend and sell products that meet these needs. Upsell or cross-sell additional items to increase sales.

**Point of Sale (POS)**: Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions, handle payments, issue receipts, and give change.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring and replenishing stock levels on the sales floor. Keep shelves, displays, and racks organized and well-maintained.

**Visual Merchandising**: Participate in visual merchandising activities such as setting up displays, arranging products, and ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.

**Loss Prevention**: Help prevent theft and losses by maintaining awareness of security procedures, monitoring customer activity, and reporting any suspicious behavior.

**Returns and Exchanges**: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.

**Customer Feedback**: Gather and convey customer feedback and suggestions to improve the shopping experience and product selection.

**Store Opening and Closing**: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including ensuring the store is clean and orderly.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
