**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and resolve discrepancies, if any.
- Support the audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide financial data and reports as required by management.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
