**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Send out RFQ's and follow up with vendor for completion.
- Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
- Purchasing of products like Valves, Flanges, Horse ,Fittings etc.
- Review and understand technical specifications.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard.
- Maintain vendor maintenance file - set up all new vendors for all locations including Corporate.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Diploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in purchase.
- Experience of dealing with Steel suppliers
- Knowledge of ASME, ASTM standards will be added advantage
- Proficiency with office software, specifically Microsoft Excel or similar programs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
