**Description**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Research and Analysis Associate to support the collection, organization, and analysis of company-related data.
- Research and gather detailed and accurate information about assigned companies from reliable sources.
- Organize and maintain the data in structured formats using Excel or Google Sheets. Data Analysis:

- Utilize tools such as filters, formulas, and pivot tables to analyze and interpret data as needed.
- Identify key patterns or insights and present them in a clear and concise format. Reporting and Communication:

- Share compiled and analyzed data with the Founder in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to additional data requests or modifications as instructed. Process Improvement:Continuously refine the data collection and analysis process for greater efficiency and accuracy

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory. Skills and Attributes:

- Strong research and data collection skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with expertise in filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.
- Quick learner, resourceful, and street-smart to handle dynamic tasks effectively. Experience:

- Prior Data Mining / Collection Experience Mandatory
- Prior experience in data research or analysis is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
