- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and product offerings accordingly.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings and positioning.
- Analyse sales data to identify patterns, forecast trends, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Work closely with the product development and procurement teams to stay informed about product availability, features, and new releases.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Share market insights and collaborate with senior management to adjust business
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the building materials, construction, or tiles industry.
- Strong knowledge of tile products, market trends, and industry standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
- A self-starter with a passion for sales and marketing, demonstrating creativity and initiative.
