We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Safety Supervisor who is familiar with the concept of CSMS.

Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) is a - “One Step Ahead” process or policy or system in Safety Health & Management System (SHMS) which is based on P-D-C-A (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Kizen. This system deals with the Safety Planning and its implementation divided under different heads or categories, starting Safety Policies, Principles, Manuals, SOPs, JHA, Manpower Selection & Deployment, Training, and Induction till Field Audits, Surveys, Checking and Rectifications.

**Job Summary:

- **
- To create safety awareness and carry out safety meeting, fire drill exercise, safety induction and safety training to existing employees and new employees.
- To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace.
- To Prepare all CSMS Documents.
- To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, etc. in place.
- To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company’s policy including. Safety and ISO.
- To provide assistance for safety before and during internal/external’s audit by ensuring all related documents at site is updated from time to time.
- To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for DOSH and HQ record;
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, relevant stakeholders and the public using principles of good customer service.

**Requirements:

- **
- At least two (2) years working experience at site and/or assignment exposure
- Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for CSMS.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Keen intention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
- Team work
- Minimum supervision.
- Work irregular hours to accomplish urgent shipment and/or pending assignments, when requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
