As a Fleet Supervisor at our Anugul location, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods. You will work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance staff to optimize fleet performance and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and other fleet personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Schedule and assign drivers for daily routes, considering factors such as delivery requirements, vehicle capacity, and driver availability.
- Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards and are properly maintained.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by drivers, customers, or other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including driver logs, vehicle maintenance reports, and fuel expenses.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize route planning and load distribution, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to fleet operations, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide training and support to drivers on safe driving practices, cargo handling procedures, and use of fleet management software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fleet management, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
