**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize website content and landing pages to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Create and manage social media strategies to grow followers, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance, to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and content, to create compelling and effective marketing materials and assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive results.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns to key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, including managing campaigns and optimizing digital channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM**

**Working days: 5 (Mon to Fri)**

**Location: Atlanta Business Hub, VIP Road, Surat.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
