**Responsibilities**:

- Assesses and meets client requirements through regular client and internal team communication.
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design

programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
- Creates mood boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
- Experience is handling 4 to 5 member of design team and managing the end to end project execution.

**Requirements**:

- You must have min 2 years of experience.
- Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, other 3D software etc.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.

**Qualification**:
Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (3 years), B.Arch

Technical / Professional:

- Interior Designer
- Google Sketch-up
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft office

**Job Type**: Full-time
