Job Title**:Sales Executive - Motor and Health Insurance (Subject Matter Expert Level)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for health and motor insurance products
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Attend networking events and engage in business development activities to increase brand awareness and generate new leads
Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and claims, to ensure that customer needs are met

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in selling health and motor insurance products
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Familiarity with insurance sales software and lead generation tools
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance industry

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
