Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct informative and engaging campus tours, highlighting key features and benefits of our academic programs, facilities, and campus life.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct individual and group admissions counseling sessions to assess students' interests, goals, and academic readiness.
- Collaborate with admissions team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events to promote our programs and engage with prospective students.
- Assist with the evaluation of applicant credentials and participate in admissions decision-making processes as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in admissions counseling, and changes in admission policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or related field strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and their families.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to students throughout the admissions process.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with admissions management software preferred.
- Knowledge of higher education trends, college admissions processes, and financial aid resources.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate recruitment events and admissions activities.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic and career aspirations.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
