**Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Assistant Manager - Logistics**
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Continuously monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance overall efficiency and responsiveness.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- **Transportation Management**:

- Oversee the selection, evaluation, and management of transportation providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Analyse transportation costs and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Ensure the implementation of efficient warehouse layouts and operational practices to enhance productivity.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in order fulfillment and inventory storage management.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to logistics, transportation, and safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of safety within logistics operations to mitigate risks and enhance workplace safety.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Develop, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance, including on-time delivery rates and order accuracy.
- Utilize performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
- **Cost Management**:

- Monitor and control logistics-related expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Identify and implement initiatives aimed at reducing costs within logistics operations.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Align logistics processes with customer expectations to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Proactively address and resolve logistics-related customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Foster effective cross-departmental communication and collaboration with sales, procurement, and other relevant teams to enhance logistics performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within logistics operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: ₹9,330.56 - ₹40,000.00 per month
