Job Summary

Opening for Team Member
- Process with Manufacturing industry in chennai

**Experience**: 3+ years (Any Industry)

**Location**: Chennai

**Qualification**: BE / Diploma - Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

Â- Ensure process readiness prior to the Full Production Day and Start of Production (SOP)

Â- Analyse production feasibility (new technology/product on existing lines), prepares drafts of process line layout

Â- Validate the New Process/Machine/line through PpK Study, analyse and taking an action to make stable process

Â- Handle rejection analysis through 8D method & take appropriate CAPA (Corrective & preventive actions) & effectiveness monitoring to achieve Plant PPM Target

Â- Taking lead in Scrap reduction activity by taking an effective action & standardization & achieve scrap cost target

Â- Support maintenance team for troubleshooting machine issues.

Â- Need to do 4M analysis to support the high line efficiency

Â- Ensure Zero LTA/First Aid in Line/Gemba Safety Condition

Â- Responsible for SWS Study and making effective line balancing & ergonomics improvement.

Â- Managing the red jail with immediate clearance of non-conformity parts via booking in ERP and responsible for disposal.

Â- Support for CS (Customer complaint) analysis and taking an action & updation in necessary documents

**Â- Constant productivity improvement**: include Muda (waste) hunting, Cycle time decreasing, etcâ¦(PQCDSM)

Â- Deal with Assembly Process Definition.

Â- Design new machines as well as improve existing processes

Â- Oversees Product and process validation as Process Team Member

Â- Deal with Validation and deep analysis on processes. Mixing Machine complexity problem solving with DL balancing

Â- Production line follow-up and problem solving

Â- Management of related documentation system to be compliant with customer and internal requirements
