**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to determine project objectives, timelines, and specifications
- Create visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively
- Ensure all design work is aligned with brand guidelines and consistently meets high-quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and new design techniques to continuously improve work quality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- Freshers or 1 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with web design and development is a plus
