We are seeking a talented HTML Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coding user-friendly web pages that align with our brand and client needs. Your work will directly impact the user experience and ensure our digital presence is both functional and visually appealing.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with developers, graphic designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Maintain and update existing web pages to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Adhere to web design best practices, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing code.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HTML Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and user experience (UX).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
