**Job functions of a **Finance Of Executive(2)** in **Bangalore/India**:

- Facilitating the preparation of and validating the financial statements presented to banks, shareholders and regulatory or fiscal authorities.
- Ensure that accounting and payments to suppliers in time, reconciliation of bank an ledger accounts, reconciliation of inventory, and establishing effective control over collection from customers.
- Perform month - end closing activities and reconciliations, perform accounting analysi for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchanges.
- Daily monitoring of all key KPIs of the entity and issuing daily, weekly monthly an annual financial reports (MIS) for the entity and group management.
- Should have experience or sound knowledge in GST calculation and depositing of tax an knowledge of maintaining GSTR-2 register.
- Responsible for monthly Reconciliation such as Gross Pay recon, Net Pay recon, TD Recon including Payroll accounting, General Ledger Reconciliation, Journal vouche preparation, Time and Attendance, Leave Management.
- Reconciling all Control and Statutory payable accounts with respective GL balanc before making payments.
- Ensure that service tax returns, claims for refund are filed with the department in time.

- Sound Knowledge and Expertise into accounting, passing journal entries, bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, 3-way match, 2-way match, doing month end activities.
