**Job Description**:
Do you have an interest in fashion and a solid background in customer service? Are you ready to be challenged daily? As a Customer Experience Agent, you will join a Customer Experience team filled with kind, knowledgeable, hard working experts who will go the extra mile to help you succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction.
- Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution.
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in fashion retail industry / knowledge or interest in fashion.
- Academia or College Graduate (preferred): Graduation in Fashion Design / Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science.
- Prior experience working in a CSR role.
- Minimum of 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Fresher (English): Overall Experience: 0-2 yrs. in a customer-facing role.
- Experienced (English): Overall Experience: 2-4 yrs.
- CSR Experience: 1-2.5 yrs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages an asset.
- Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides).
- Available to work 40 hours per week.

Must Have Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fashion and luxury products an asset.
- Prior experience in retail will be an added advantage.
