**Job Title: Export Executive**

**Department**: Exports / International Sales / Logistics
**Location**: [C.G. Road Ahmedabad ]
**Reports To**: Export Manager / Head of International Business S**alary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Documentation**:

- Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
- Ensure all documents are compliant with export regulations and client requirements.
- **Shipment & Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and transporters.
- Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery to overseas clients.
- Track cargo movement and handle any delays or issues proactively.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade), customs regulations, and EXIM policies.
- File for export incentives like MEIS, RODTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.
- Maintain proper records of licenses and regulatory documents.
- **Client Communication**:

- Communicate with international clients regarding order confirmations, shipping schedules, and documentation.
- Provide regular shipment updates and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for timely dispatch.
- **Reporting & MIS**:

- Maintain export records and databases.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly export reports for management review.
- Analyze shipping costs, performance metrics, and suggest improvements.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and international trade terms
- Understanding of L/C, customs clearance, and freight forwarding
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of **English (reading, writing, speaking)**

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, or a related field
- PG Diploma or MBA in International Business (preferred)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in export operations (Freshers may be considered for junior roles)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
