**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Site Supervision**
- Supervise and monitor all interior works at the site to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure the smooth functioning of site operations.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

**2. Coordination & Communication**
- Act as a liaison between the design team, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate with subcontractors (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.) to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Communicate design changes or instructions clearly to the site workers.

**3. Quality Control**
- Ensure all work is carried out to high standards of quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks for finishes, materials, and workmanship.
- Identify and report defects, and ensure timely rectification.

**4. Material Management**
- Monitor the delivery and use of materials on site.
- Maintain stock levels and prevent material wastage or theft.
- Raise material requisitions in advance based on project needs.

**5. Progress Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track work progress as per the project schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager or client.
- Report delays, issues, or bottlenecks promptly and suggest possible solutions.

**6. Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure the site adheres to safety regulations and best practices.
- Monitor workers' adherence to safety guidelines and use of PPE.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

**7. Drawing & Document Handling**
- Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately.
- Ensure the latest drawings are being followed at the site.
- Maintain site documentation, such as site instructions, daily logs, and inspection reports.

**8. Vendor & Labor Management**
- Supervise skilled and unskilled labor and ensure proper allocation of tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors for specialized installations (false ceiling, modular furniture, glass, etc.).
- Verify labor attendance and report to HR/Admin.

**9. Snagging and Handover**
- Conduct snagging and ensure rectifications before handover.
- Assist in the final handover of the project to the client, including walkthroughs and documentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in site supervision for interior projects (residential/commercial).
- Ability to read technical drawings and implement them on-site.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
