- Would be responsible for sales operations, meeting targets

**About the job**

**Job Purpose**:

- To ensure the sale of vehicles and allied business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Managing customer through the entire sales process, right from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales.
- Understand customer needs in order to help him/her make the best choice.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- To achieve the dealership and OEM’s monthly target with profitability.
- To submit a morning agenda and evening report to TL/SM.
- Updates all information related to enquire in the DMS, APP, etc. as per the OEM’s requirement.
- Offers test drives to all prospects and collect feedback, follows dealership procedure

**To obtain proper identification from customers prior to the test drive.**

**Job Location - Thane (should be okay to travel nearby Mumbai)**
- Any Graduate
- Job Type - Full time, Experience 2 to 3 years
- Connect with customer to create that unique buying experience
- Should know driving
- Good communication skills, verbal + written communication
- Promoting the company’s products addressing or predicting the clients objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
- Build long term relationship with new and existing customers
- 10.Collecting customer feedback and market research around the designated area
- Keeping upto date with products and competitors

**Skills required**

1. Proven track record of meeting sales targets

3. Problem solving skills

4. Negotiation skills

5. Should have written talk ability of languages English, Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
