**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate lathe machines for turning operations as per drawing specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
- Perform basic milling operations as needed.
- Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain the machine and tools in good working condition.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **conventional lathe machines**.
- Knowledge of **milling**, **turning**, and **manual machining**.
- Qualification as a **Turner (ITI/Diploma preferred)**.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measurement tools like vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to work in a production environment.
