**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening during outbound calls.
- **Appointment**: Schedule a minimum of 120 appointments per month with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain a structured follow-up process with potential leads to convert interested prospects into appointments.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately and diligently record all call-related information, prospect details, and appointment scheduling in the CRM system.
- **Daily Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily reports to the sales coordinator, including the number of outbound calls made, appointment success rate, and any notable feedback or trends from prospects.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and appointments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
