- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events and engage the target audience.
- Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create compelling and visually appealing posts, graphics, and videos to enhance online presence.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms, utilizing scheduling tools for optimal timing.
- Respond promptly to audience inquiries and comments, fostering community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather event highlights and updates for social media coverage.
- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports to evaluate performance.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role in the events industry.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools for creating engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and report on social media performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for innovative social media campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
