Social Media Coordinator

- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Responsible for making new pitches and strategies for potential new clients. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings. Build strong, long-term client relationships and be a first point of contact for client questions and requests. Internal team co-ordination:
- Coordinate with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests. Understanding the client’s business and requirements and briefing the same to the internal team
- Get creative, engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc) from the creative team. Strategy:
- Work with clients to create a digital media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries. Performance Reporting:
- Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Monitoring budgets, spends and revenue and explaining cost factors to clients are also part of the profile.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on the status of all accounts
- Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
