**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior design projects on construction sites.
- Collaborate with design teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor construction progress and report any issues or delays to senior management.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure that work meets design standards and project requirements.
- Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are followed on construction sites.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project files.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design site supervision.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to travel as required. **(Highly Important)**
