**Location**:Vadodara, Gujarat

**Shift**: Night Shift (US Process)

**Job Summary**:

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Social Media Sites, etc.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for handling IT/Non-IT/Healthcare requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making* job postings* on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
- Publish progress report to management every week.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
