Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support daily operational activities and ensure timely task completion.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Academic teams to manage internship and training processes.
- Maintain and update internal records, student databases, and documentation.
- Assist in handling queries from students, clients, and partner organizations.
- Monitor workflow and report operational issues to the management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination of interns and trainees.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Operations or similar roles (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
