**Experience**: 6 -7 Yrs.

**Responsibilities**:
Leading the development of high-impact features Architecting scalable, efficient React.js solutions Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance Identifying and addressing technical issues proactively Innovating and implementing best practices in React.js development Participating in strategic planning and decision-making Driving continuous improvement in development processes Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members

Job Skills:

- SkillsStrong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScriptExperience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plusFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, security best practices
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimizationFamiliarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and with cross-functional teams
- A degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- React.js Development: 6 years (preferred)
