**Profile**:Billing Executive**

**Location: Ambala City, Haryana**

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000

**Qualification**: 12th Pass, B.Com

**Experience**: 1 years (Freshers can apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for products and services, adhering to established procedures.
- Verify billing information for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations.
- Enter billing data meticulously into the system, maintaining an organized and up-to-date database.
- Monitor and track invoice statuses, ensuring timely payments and addressing discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing records, agreements, and communication.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education) and B.Com degree.
- 1 years of relevant billing or related experience (Freshers with relevant education considered).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with billing software.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Problem-solving abilities to address billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
