**Responsibilities**
- **Manage** day-to-day client deliverables with the SBOX team as well as freelancers and external partners, including overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects and ensuring timely deliverables for clients.
- **Plan **and assign tasks, including manage a content team that includes writers and graphic designer
- **Build** and maintain relationships with clients, partners & other stakeholders involved
- **Control** schedules and enforce deadlines (for writers, designers, freelancers etc.)
- **Edit, **copywrite, proofread, evaluate and approve finalized copy for compliance with policies, messaging, style and tone, including brand and quality standards.
- **Keep** up to date with changes in Google's SEO and Social Media algorithms.
- **Monitor** Google & Social Media Analytics and other tools to understand content effectiveness.
- **Collaborate** with sales and marketing teams to align with strategic business goals.
- **Conduct** audience research to figure out how best to reach your audience
- **Explore** new and creative ways to engage with media and influencers, identifying key media contacts, outlets, and markets to maximize news coverage and support strategic communications goals
- **Handle** incoming inquiries from the media and determine the most appropriate internal expert per request, brief reporters when necessary, brief the expert on the journalist and news outlet and help arrange interviews.
- **Update** and maintain media archives and databases, including ensuring information storage and drives are regularly updated.
- **Hire, **engage, enlist, and train the team to serve as promoters for SBOX and provide them with opportunities to upskill.
- **Review**, strengthen, and manage the SBOX’s branding, visual identity, and style guidelines.
- **Participate** in internal culture development and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- **Attend** events and meetings on behalf of the CEO / Director Operations when required

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology or a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

**Experience**
- Minumum 5-7 years of experience
- Creating, developing, and implementing long and short-term strategic communication plans.
- Writing content for a veriety of platforms and mediums.
- Raising the profile of an organization to a range of stakeholder audiences.
- Coordinating with team members, including interacting with clients and partner ecosystems.

**Skills**
- You’ve spent significant time in various professional content development / copywriting roles, with specific experience working in fast-moving, issues-based, highly decentralised organisations.
- You're motivated by the thematic focus of SBOX’s work and are passionate about purpose-driven social impact work
- You're an excellent project manager, able to manage, execute and successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- You’re an experienced and effective writer; with strong briefing, writing and editing skills
- You are skilled at creating clear and compelling communications materials, including websites, promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases.
- You have a solid ability to identify newsworthy stories and events creatively.
- You have a solid understanding of the mechanics of digital content & SEO
- You have excellent leadership and people skills and can quickly establish rapport and build relationships.
- You're highly collaborative; able to offer and receive constructive feedback, and comfortable working in fast-paced and challenging contexts
- You’re talented and have proven the ability to craft media strategies for maximal impact
- You are comfortable to step out of your comfort zone and thrive in participating in the strategic and creative development of work without hand holding
- You are comfortable with tight timelines, creative sprints and collaboration
- You are independent, able to think quickly on your feet to produce solutions and clearly communicate for every challenge
- You're a great communicator; with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
