**Position Overview**

We are on the hunt for a talented and detail-oriented SEO Editor to join our team. Initially part-time, this role is designed to transition into a full-time Content Manager (CM). You will start as a part-time editor while you train, learn our systems, and get a feel for the writers, clients, etc.

As a CM, you will work closely with writers and manage article workflow for several clients (assigning content to writers, answering their questions, editing/reviewing their work, checking for AI/plagiarism, hiring writers, providing feedback, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**

Below are the key responsibilities of this role:

- **Editing**: Meticulously review and edit articles for readability, alignment with client objectives, fact-checking, and overall quality/engagement.
- **CTA Placement**: Work with writers to strategically position client Calls to Action (CTAs) within blogs to maximize engagement and conversion.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with writers, ensuring content meets client goals and TrioSEO standards, as well as internal teams (CEO, CMO, CM, etc.).
- **Transition to Content Manager**: Progress to managing writers and client content, overseeing a small team of writers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to transition into full-time role after 1-2 months
- Adaptability to evolving content needs and industry trends
- A desire to work long-term (3+ years) with TrioSEO as we scale
- Able to work most of your daily shift between 8 am MST and 5 pm MST
- 100% exclusive to TrioSEO once converted to full-time (no outside clients)
