**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan project scope, budgets, schedules—ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Monitor execution, evaluate outcomes, and prepare reports/presentations
- Manage vendor relations, logistics, and volunteer mobilization
- Ensure regulatory and CSR compliance (e.g., Section 135, GRI, NVGs)
- Enhance visibility: employee volunteering, awareness activities, social campaigns

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Technical Skills**:

- Project planning & budgeting, stakeholder mapping, social impact assessment
- Proficiency in GRI, NVGs (Section 135), ESG/BRSR reporting frameworks
- Data analysis and advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards justjob.co.in

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on field readiness with cultural sensitivity and adaptability

**Preferred Skills & Certifications**
- Certifications like CCSR, ISSP, or GRI accreditation
- Experience in environmental programs—tree plantation, watershed, mangrove restoration
- Demonstrable familiarity with disability-support program design
- Insight into government schemes relevant to CSR funding and implementation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,197.49 - ₹21,875.47 per month
