**Position Title**: HVAC Technician

**Location: Saudi Arabia**

**Salary Range**: 1,800 SAR - 2,300 SAR
**Qualification**: Diploma in a related field
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC systems

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Perform skilled preventive and planned maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.
- Carry out routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary HVAC repairs.
- Participate in complex maintenance and repair tasks under the supervision of senior personnel.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client complaints and service requests.
- Attend and assist in the commissioning of newly installed HVAC systems.
- Lead and guide up to four subordinate technicians as needed.
- Operate specialized tools and equipment for HVAC system maintenance and repairs.
- Identify potential maintenance risks and recommend preventive actions.
- Ensure all work complies with service standards, Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs), and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate communication, both verbal and written, regarding work progress and technical issues.
- Adhere to project schedules and timelines to ensure timely task completion.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
