**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Location**: Work From Office (Kurla, Mumbai)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualize and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and impactful designs.
- Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows utilizing Figma to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Contribute innovative ideas and designs that align with project goals and address user needs effectively.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user insights to enhance usability.
- Support in the development and refinement of design assets, style guides, and visual elements for consistency across projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong creativity and a discerning eye for aesthetics in design.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience or relevant coursework in UI/UX design is advantageous.
- Proficiency in utilizing design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Thorough understanding of user interface design principles, best practices, and usability.
- Attention to detail with exceptional visual design skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to design challenges.
- Capability to work effectively within a team, seek guidance, and incorporate feedback.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in designing for both web and mobile interfaces.
- Bonus: A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
