**UI/UX Designer - Planning Labs**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and functional websites for our clients and internal projects.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, development, and content teams to ensure seamless design execution.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand the target audience’s needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
- Ensure designs align with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Work on ongoing website improvements based on user feedback and performance analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging design tools.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of design principles, web usability, and responsive design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for modern, clean design.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work in UI/UX design.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
