A Water Treatment Plant Operating Engineer / Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of by operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring water quality, and ensuring compliance with regulations

**Responsibilities**:
- Operate and monitor water treatment equipment and processes to ensure clean and safe water delivery to the community.- Perform regular inspections and water sample tests to monitor quality parameters (e.g., pH, chlorine, turbidity).- Adjust treatment processes and equipment settings to ensure regulatory compliance.- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, test results, chemical usage, and maintenance activities.- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment such as pumps, valves, filters, and chemical feed systems.- Analyze data and trends to identify issues or improvements and implement corrective actions.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., EPA, state, and local agencies).- Respond promptly to emergencies or equipment malfunctions to prevent disruptions and protect public health.- Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to coordinate operations and upkeep.- Stay informed on the latest water treatment technologies and regulatory updates.

**Qualification & Skills**:
- Any Degree / Diploma / B.E. in any specialization.- Fresher or 1+ year of experience in water treatment plant operations.- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and processes.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.- Attention to detail for accurate monitoring and analysis.-
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.- Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks and operate heavy equipment.- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies quickly.- Proficient in computer skills for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
