Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Monitor and ensure product availability in the market by ensuring timely stock replenishment with distributors and retailers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales plans and promotional activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and business prospects in the assigned area.
- Expand the customer base by acquiring new customers and increasing market penetration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail store managers and distributors, to ensure product visibility and proper shelf placement.
- Address customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote new product launches, offers, and promotions to distributors and retailers.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers when required.
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to stay ahead in the market.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Track and report on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Plan daily routes and sales calls to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the territory and maintain a high level of market penetration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
