**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ IT needs, pain points, and business challenges.
- Present tailored MSP solutions, including managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, VoIP, and backup solutions.
- Prepare proposals and close sales to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
- Maintain CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with detailed notes and next steps.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- Provide market feedback to help shape service offerings and pricing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT/MSP sector.
- Strong knowledge of managed services (e.g., helpdesk, monitoring, security, cloud, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift
