**Brief Description**:
**Receptionist cum Admin Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries;
- File and maintain records;
- Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers and the public;
- Perform administrative support tasks;
- Manage the Housekeeping department and ensure the workplace is clean at all times;
- Ensure client onboarding by filling out the onboarding form, collecting KYC documents, and being the initial point of contact;
- Assist the clients with meeting room booking, directing query/enquire/issue calls to concerned departments i.e. IT, Maintenance, Kaffe, etc.

**Receptionist cum Admin Assistant Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning other people’s actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patto, Panaji - 403001, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
