**Hiring for Assistant Producer**

**Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra**

**Responsibilities**:

- Working along with the producer to assist on projects right from pitch to execution to post production & delivery
- Researching about the project, gathering information and knowledge from available resources
- Hiring, arranging and organizing crew members and supervising production personnel
- Coordinating between the client and Crew/HODs for smooth execution of the project
- Additional operational duties such as managing the budget, generating financial reports and status updates
- Active involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to find the right talent, references and suggesting improvements
- Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date
- Logs and archives all content the team produces

Education/ Experience:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- 1-3 years of TVCs or Film Production experience (Branded content production is a bonus)
- Basic Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar non-linear editing software
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, Canva.
- Technically sound and fast to pick up new softwares.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proactive with a high level of organization
- Promoting process improvement & Developing creative standards
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to filter information between internal teams & client teams in a professional terminology language.
