Job Title**:Sales Assistant**

Location: Surat

**Salary**: Up to 35,000 INR

Experience: Minimum 2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing details, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Assist in monitoring sales targets, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar sales support role.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other relevant languages.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
