Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update control sheets.
- Collect and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accurate posting and

bookkeeping.
- Process vendor payments according to payment terms, following

up on pending invoices.
- Conduct bank and vendor reconciliations.
- Post SOR related vendor’s invoices (MIRO).
- Calculate Sale or Sale Return (SOR) and process respective

payments.
- Record all petty cash expenses.
- Maintain proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP,

HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and INDEX.

Store Closure Process:

- To be coordinate with the Sales team, RSM/ASM, Retail IT, GST,

and BR teams during store closures, so that Store F&F process

are completed accurately and efficiently.
- To be ensure Goods in Transit (GIT) clearance, and coordinate

with franchisee vendors or other vendors for final confirmation.
- Process store closure payments after necessary approvals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
