**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Content Strategy and Creation**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand's voice and values.
- Create engaging and informative content/scripts for Instagram accounts, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Write captivating scripts and content for various social media platforms, tailored to audience preferences and trends.

**Instagram Account Management**:

- Manage Instagram accounts with a minimum of 100K+ followers, leveraging analytics to optimise content performance.
- Foster engagement and community growth through regular interaction and innovative content.

**Industry Expertise (Desired)**:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the health industry, particularly Ayurveda and Yoga.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging topics, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.

**Influencer Marketing and Brand Outreach**:

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers in the health, Ayurveda, and Yoga space to expand brand reach.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, brands, and media outlets to create cross-promotion opportunities.
- Negotiate partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

**Content Creation Tools**:

- Proficiency in using Content Creation and Designing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva is desired.
- Ability to create visually appealing and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a content creator, with a proven track record of managing Instagram accounts with 100K+ followers.
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing and brand outreach.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas/scripts.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
