**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive (IT)( Preferably Male)

**Location**: Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

**Language Proficiency**: Telugu and English (required)

**Work Location**: In-person

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert potential clients through direct sales activities, cold calls, and networking.
- Promote and market IT services and products to businesses and individuals.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide product demos and presentations to clients to showcase IT solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with IT industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1+ years of experience** in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand IT products and solutions quickly and effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.

**Benefits**:
