Infivit Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an IT Recruiter specializing in staff augmentation, you will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and placing top IT talent to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will also focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities related to IT sales and staff augmentation services. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition**: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for staff augmentation roles, including software developers, network engineers, data analysts, and other technical positions.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- **Business Development**: Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on IT sales and staff augmentation services. Proactively seek out potential clients and build relationships to expand Infivit Technologies' client base and service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong focus on staff augmentation and IT roles.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Experience recruiting for various IT positions is essential.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- **Tools**:Expertise in CRM
- **Personal Attributes**: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to recruitment and business development.
