Compliance and Payroll Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing payroll processes for Uganda operations
- Support in compliance-related tasks and documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data and reporting
- Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
- Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and report preparation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

**Key Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** and other MS Office tools
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Prior experience in **Indian or foreign accounting processes**:

- Willingness to learn and contribute to **payroll and compliance** activities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous exposure to payroll is a plus but **not mandatory**

**Experience Required**: 2 to 4 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
