**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank deposits.
- Support month-end and year-end work
- Assist in tax preparation and filing (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain and organize financial records, documents, and files.
- Provide support during audits by preparing and organizing documentation.
- Assist in administrative and all clerical works given from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
