**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for Plant Controlling & Control aspects
- Focus on all the costs that are incurred during the manufacturing and ensure there are no cost leakages in any of the process/activity carried out in production process.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and continuously monitor the control aspects related to various areas.
- Focusing on all the manufacturing variances and discuss with operations team to identify the areas of improvement and drive action plans to increase the profitability of the business.
- Provide MIS on all key overheads in the manufacturing process and work closely with WCM team to projects which can offer savings to the business and continuously monitor the progress of the projects.
- Provide inputs for all statutory related compliances & Audit.

**JOB DIMENSIONS**
- Responsible for the controlling activities for Bhiwadi Plant. The scope of the job includes all the expenses related to production process (Raw material consumption, Processing cost (Energy, Manpower, Depreciation, Maintenance and other overheads) & control fixed cost.
- Key focus on Inventory management to support better working capital for the business.
- Preparation of P&L for Bhiwadi location and ensure profitability is tracked on a monthly basis.

**ACTIVITIES & END PURPOSES**
- Plant Controlling activities - Ensure monthly reports are on time; monitoring inventory cost and report purchase price variance and manufacturing variances as against budget and drive corrective actions.
- Circulating weekly MIS on consumables, maintenance and packing cost to the operations team.
- Providing inputs to operations team and validating the cost saving on CRTF projects. Monitoring the fixed cost of the business to bring reduction.
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Internal controls - ensure there are no system gaps as per the ICRF mandatory controls in production and inventory management.
- Responsible for inventory and fixed assets verification to ensure the controls are in place.
- Audit - Support FSSC team to manage statutory and cost audit from business end.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Professional qualification (CMA or CA) with 1 to 6 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
